What the journey involves

An individual journey is a fully guided psychedelic experience, with the whole day set aside for it. Preparation sessions come before, and integration sessions after, so that what emerged can settle into your daily life.

The journey day is held as a sacred, unhurried container. The experience typically unfolds over several hours, balancing inward-focused exploration with optional nature-based practices, and whatever arises is met with gentleness and respect.

Each journey is shaped around your intentions and needs. In all we spend around 15 hours together, one-on-one. This is more than a session; it is a relationship rooted in trust, presence, accountability, and transformation.

The Process

How it works

A private journey has three phases, and the day itself is only the middle one.

  1. 01

    Preparation

    A 30-minute discovery call and two 60-minute sessions, in which we clarify what you’re seeking and lay a grounded foundation through practices such as breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous-system regulation. You leave with a short, personalized preparation document.

  2. 02

    Journey

    A session of six to ten hours, fully guided and held with care and presence, where space is created for insight, healing, and meaning to emerge.

  3. 03

    Integration

    Two 60-minute sessions and a 30-minute follow-up, where your experience becomes lived change: we ground what emerged and explore how it wants to move into your daily life. A personalized integration document and lifetime access to Psygaia’s Circle mean the work continues beyond our sessions.

Who This Is For

Readiness comes first

Not everyone who wants a psychedelic experience is ready for one. This work suits people who are willing to slow down and look inward, and who take the preparation and integration as seriously as the journey day itself. Psychedelic experiences are not a guaranteed cure, and there are times when this is not the right choice. Readiness is something we assess together during the intake, honestly and on both sides.
