Woven Journeys is the private practice of Louis Belleau, in British Columbia. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

• Intake forms. When you begin a journey, you fill in a form hosted by Typeform. It asks for your name and contact details, and about your history, intentions and health, so we can understand whether a journey is safe and suitable for you.
• Newsletter. When you sign up, we collect your email address and add you to the newsletter of Psygaia, a separate nonprofit Louis founded. Psygaia holds that list under its own privacy policy.
• Messages. When you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.

We don’t take payments through this website, and we don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking.

How we use it

We use what you share to reply to you, to assess readiness and safety, to prepare and support your journey, and, if you subscribe, to send the newsletter. Health information from the intake form is shared only with the Woven facilitators involved in your care. We never sell, rent or trade your information.

Services that handle it

• Typeform hosts our intake forms and stores your answers.
• Beehiiv runs Psygaia’s newsletter and stores subscribers’ email addresses.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that newsletter sign-ups come from a person, not a bot.
• Netlify hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and may store information outside Canada.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It keeps one small note in your browser to remember that you closed the newsletter pop-up or signed up, so it doesn’t ask again. The newsletter’s bot check may set its own cookies when you sign up.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. You can also ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@wovenjourneys.co.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you stay subscribed. We keep intake and session records for as long as we need them to support you, and as long as the law requires.
