The Reconnect Experience

Mindfulness Practices

Engage in meditation, breathwork, forest bathing, and intentional use of psychedelics as pathways to self-discovery, healing, and growth. Leave behind digital noise and the demands of daily life to reconnect with what’s true. Through daily mindfulness practices, you’ll slow down, deepen your awareness, and begin to meet yourself more fully.

Group Council + Inner Work

Step into a space of honesty, courage, and connection. Through group council, you’ll share your truth, be witnessed without judgment, and learn to listen with your whole being. This is a chance to drop the masks, speak from the heart, and explore your inner world in the presence of supportive men doing the same.

Embodiment Routines

Come back into your body. Each day begins with mindfulness and outdoor practices designed to awaken your senses and ground you in the present. Through connection to your body and the land, you’ll remember what it means to feel fully alive.

Deep Relaxation

Find rest in rhythm with the natural world. Between sessions, soak in the silence of the forest, sweat in the wood-fired sauna, and plunge into the glacial river nearby. These moments of relaxation help your nervous system reset and your insights land more fully. Reconnect with the peace that comes from doing nothing at all.

  • I felt connected, seen, and safe in a way my soul has been yearning for a very, very long time. I am so grateful.

  • As a busy COO one of America’s fastest growing companies, it’s been so long since I’ve had the opportunity to unplug and take the special time needed to reconnect with myself, find healing and practice mindfulness. The reconnect retreat was the perfect place to do that, meet like-minded people, and get excellent guidance in psilocybin therapy. The retreat was an incredible safe space and beautiful community of people seeking healing and growth.

  • The retreat was incredible. I came hoping to find certain answers. Instead, I was delivered something better. I did not get what I wanted out of it, I got what my body and soul needed.

  • From the moment everyone was together, Louis and Jack created a warm, open, and accepting environment for everyone. There was an immediate sense of safety that allowed me to bring down my walls and truly explore myself and express it. Details were meticulous. Every morning there were sessions to settle into yourself for the experiences of the day. I would encourage anyone looking to deepen their self-awareness and care to do so with skilled guides not think twice about attending a Woven retreat. The only bad thing I have to say is that I wanted more time with the incredible men who attended the retreat.

  • Having the guidance of Jack and Louis during the meditations and conscious connected breathwork sessions was powerful in a way I could have never imagined. My experience with Woven changed my entire perspective on words, gratitude, and surrender.

Why psilocybin?

Psilocybin is a naturally occurring psychedelic compound found in fungi across the planet. As such, it forms part of our shared ecological and ancestral lineage—an ancient earth-medicine embedded in the soil, stories, and ceremonies of humanity.

Among the safest psychedelic substances, psilocybin has been scientifically shown to stimulate neuroplasticity and to offer lasting benefits for mental health, creativity, and emotional resilience. Controlled studies continue to reveal its effectiveness in treating depression, anxiety, addiction, and other psychological challenges, while also enhancing nature connectedness—a key marker of holistic wellbeing.

Unlike many modern interventions that focus on symptom management, psilocybin works at the root level—opening a window into the unconscious, expanding awareness, and helping us reshape where we place attention. It facilitates a process of unlearning—of loosening rigid patterns, softening conditioned responses, and awakening healthier, more interconnected neural pathways.

We see psilocybin as Earth’s medicine—a living intelligence that invites compassion, curiosity, and connection. Unlike other entheogens that are endangered or culturally specific, psilocybin mushrooms grow abundantly across ecosystems. They teach through humility, reminding us how to listen, how to feel, and how to return to right relationship with the natural world.

At Woven, we work with psilocybin not as a miracle cure, but as an ally—one that, when held with care and intention, can support healing, insight, and transformation.

Psychedelics are a bit of a cheat code in self-observation.

Meet Your Guides

Since late 2022, Louis and Jack have been collaborating on a wide range of projects, from hosting 200+ person ceremonial raves to creating online courses and communities, and putting on world-class retreats.

We often forget that we are nature. Nature is not something separate from us. So when we say that we have lost our connection to nature, we’ve lost our connection to ourselves.

Our Beautiful Location

Green Water Resort, Pemberton

A beautiful and peaceful oasis surrounded by mountains, a 3-hour drive from the Vancouver airport along the stunning Sea-to-Sky highway.

A cozy bedroom with a wooden ceiling and walls, featuring a bed with white linens and patterned pillows, illuminated by warm lighting and anchored by wooden posts, with a ceiling fan overhead.
A backyard with a dock on a pond, outdoor seating, a lounge chair, trees, and a gazebo.

There is a wealth of information built into us, tucked away in the  genetic material in every one of our cells. Without some means of access, there is no way even to begin to guess at the extent and quality of what is there. The psychedelics allow exploration of this  interior world and insights into its nature.

Frequently Asked Questions

Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it's a feather bed.
