Mindfulness Practices
Engage in meditation, conscious breathwork, forest bathing, and intentional use of psychedelics as pathways to self-discovery, healing, and growth. Leave behind digital noise and the demands of daily life to reconnect with what’s true. Through daily mindfulness practices, you’ll slow down, deepen your awareness, and begin to meet yourself more fully.
Group Council + Inner Work
Step into a space of honesty, courage, and connection. Through group council, you’ll share your truth, be witnessed without judgment, and learn to listen with your whole being. This is a chance to drop the masks, speak from the heart, and explore your inner world in the presence of supportive men doing the same.
Embodiment Routines
Come back into your body. Each day begins with mindfulness and outdoor practices designed to awaken your senses and ground you in the present. Through connection to your body and the land, you’ll remember what it means to feel fully alive.
Deep Relaxation
Find rest in rhythm with the natural world. Between sessions, soak in the silence of the forest, sweat in the wood-fired sauna, and plunge into the glacial river nearby. These moments of deep relaxation help your nervous system reset and your insights land more fully. Reconnect with the peace that comes from doing nothing at all.

On our first evening together, we’ll meet for a welcome dinner at 7, followed by an initiatory bonfire under the stars.
Please arrange a flight into YVR that lands by 3pm, so that you can arrive in Pemberton by 6:30pm at the latest.

We’ll begin each morning in circle together, sharing movement/yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
Our first full day together is about getting grounded on the land and connected with one another.
We’ll spend our morning doing a series of embodiment and connection exercises, followed by a nature excursion in the afternoon.
There will be lots of time to rest, connect with others, and explore the land throughout the day.

On the middle day of our retreat, after the morning practice, we’ll spend the latter part of the morning setting intentions for your mushroom journey.
For the journey itself, you’ll have the option between a low to medium dose mushroom experience, or a deep stillness practice, both of which will last approximately 4-6 hours.
We will come together for a reflection and integration circle before dinner with an optional evening meditation.

Day four is all about processing your experience of the past 3 days, and creating the vision for how you’ll move forward. Today you’ll have the option to take a microdose to help you gently reconnect with Friday’s journey.
In the morning, we’ll come together for a breathwork circle, followed by a period of reflection and planning while immersed in nature. In the afternoon, we have something special planned…
In the evening, we’ll have our final dinner together, followed by our celebratory bonfire.

Day five is all about exploration and adventure. This day is really about discovering who you’re ready to walk forward as in the world, all while having an epic time in nature.
We will be visiting Whistler to hike beautiful alpine terrain, along with taking the renowned Peak-to-Peak gondola between Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. This day will not disappoint.
In the evening, we’ll have our final dinner together, followed by our celebratory bonfire.

On Sunday, we’ll meet for a final breathwork and meditation circle, followed by breakfast.
Departure from the Pemberton location will be around 11am. That means you should be able to get to the airport between 2 and 3, depending on traffic.

Meet Your Guides
Since late 2022, Louis and Jack have been collaborating on a wide range of projects, from hosting 200+ person ceremonial raves to creating online courses and communities, and putting on world-class retreats.

Somatic Healing Guide
Breathwork FacilitatorJack is a somatic healing guide and performance coach who helps people improve their mindset and mental health. His mission is deeply personal, drawing from experiences with overcoming anxiety, PTSD, and panic attacks. Jack’s toolkit spans many modalities including shadow work, breathwork, somatic therapy, men's work, and psychedelic integration.
In February 2025, Jack received his 80-hour wilderness first responder (WFR) training in order to provide medical support in the backcountry, building on dozens of backcountry skiing, hiking, and canoe trips he’s been on since he was a kid.
His goal is to support you in coming into wholeness – meaning feeling safety, love, trust, and connection with all parts of yourself. Jack loves to ski, read, go hiking, play guitar, and DJ – anything that stirs up adrenaline (safely) or moves his heart.

Yoga, Mindfulness & Breathwork Teacher
Psychedelic Researcher & GuideLouis is a psychedelic researcher and guide, as well as a yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork teacher. His work is dedicated to deepening our knowledge of psychedelics, spirituality, and planetary health, in addition to helping people connect with their innate wisdom and navigate life’s complexities through mindfulness and holistic health practices. He is passionate about personal growth and thrives on supporting others in developing their consciousness and discovering their true nature.
Louis's journey began at 17, when he discovered the transformative potential of psychedelics. These early experiences, combined with an innate curiosity about psychology and spirituality, sparked a lifelong passion for exploring Zen Buddhism, yogic philosophy, and Indigenous traditions. In 2020, he graduated from McGill University with majors in Psychology, Philosophy, and Comparative Religion. He understands psychedelic experience as a fundamental human right with important implications for individual, community, and planetary health. This view drives his commitment to democratizing informed access to psychedelics through research, education, and community support. As the founder of Psygaia, Louis is now working on the Psygaia Hypothesis while completing his MA at the University of Ottawa.
As a certified yoga and breathwork teacher, Louis shares his expertise in rehab centers and studios, empowering others on their journey toward wholeness. In his free time, he loves backcountry skiing, trail running, writing, gardening, meditating, weightlifting, and anything else that connects him to Nature and ignites his spirit.

You’ll fly into Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
From there you’ll either take an Uber or Shuttle to the retreat centre in Pemberton. We will be helping to organize shared rides.

Once you arrive at the retreat, everything will be taken care of, including meals and snacks, accommodations, and (optional) mushrooms.
You are responsible for getting to the retreat centre in Pemberton.

This retreat is limited to 12 spots in order to keep the container tight and create strong bonds between you and the other guys.

Yes, this is intentionally only for men. If you’re interested in attending other co-ed retreats with Jack and Louis for all genders, send us a message.

Cancel before June 15th and receive a full refund, minus a $500 booking fee.
Cancellations after June 15th will incur a 50% late cancellation fee.
Cancellations after July 15th will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
